The 10 hectares domaine is located on the best spots of Sancerre. The 25 years old vines are planted on clay and limestone soil with ideal exposure to the sun due to south facing slopes.
The grapes are harvested the traditional way, by hand. Fermentation is temperature controlled for 15 days. Ageing in traditional vats to obtain a pure expression of the varietal characteristics.
This bright yellow with green hues Sancerre is crisp and intense. The nose reveals notes of citrus (grapefruit) and stone fruits (peach) with vegetal touches. Round and fresh in the mouth.
