Brand Luc Percher
Medium to medium plus body with ample acidity, this delightful wine offers a bevy of scents and flavors ranging from apple, apricot, melon, citrus, and white flowers. A really fun wine for Loire lovers and nubies alike. Won't break the bank.
The Epicourchois is a 9.20 hectares estate created by Anne-Marie and Luc Percher on the Cheverny and Cour-Cheverny appellations in 2005. Vineyards are on average more than 50 years old and planted on sand and Miocene clay. This terroir from Sologne is under the influence of the Loire river and provides freshness, fruitiness and a mineral character into the wines. And this is what we liked when we discovered the wines during our tasting! Furthermore the estate produces with respect for the environment which means they follow biological rythmn of the vines and refuse to use any chemical products. Grapes are produced with Ecocert organic certification and winemaking is done using natural yeasts.
