Luc Percher has practiced organic viticulture for several years and was certified in 2013. The estate has since been practicing biodynamic and will attain their Demeter certification in 2019. Only indigenous yeasts are used for the natural fermentations.
The bouquet is deep and complex, delivering a fine blend of lime, tart pear, cut grass, fine soil tones and citrus peel. On the palate the wine is deep, crisp and complex, with a lovely core, bright, snappy acids and excellent focus and grip on the vibrant finish.
