Rickshaw Pinot Noir
Smooth Medium-Bodied Red. The wine's nose teems with sensuous aromas of red cherry, raspberry and vanilla, and a hint of cedar. Gentle red plum and wild strawberry fruit taste underlie hints of earthy smoke and bright orange zest.
Goes well with: Duck, salmon and roast chicken are three superb pairings for most Pinot Noirs, and the Rickshaw is no exception. The wine's medium body and velvety texture call for simple seasonings that will complement the wine without dominating it. Mushrooms are a wonderful match for the earthy flavors of Pinot Noir, while fresh or dried herbs and fruity accents like dried cherries, cranberries or figs are also excellent.
Serving Instructions: Serve a little cooler than room temperature: refrigerate the bottle for 15 minutes before serving.
